customer experience, and Healthcare business process management industry with two
decades of expertise in strategy design & execution, business development & expansion,
organizational development, leadership, and business management.
He is currently employed at Sagility, a global Transformative Healthcare BPM company that
specializes in serving the US Healthcare industry. At Sagility, he heads business delivery and
shared services for the Americas region.
He advises multiple tech startups and enjoys golfing.
He also serves as the President of the Global Services Association of Jamaica.
